Old appliances (had a lot of trouble with our A/C, took a month to finally fix), extremely high utilities. Water is wasted by the tons ... management leaves on faulty sprinkler system even after a rainy night, some sprinkler heads are broken, creating huge puddles in the middle of the grass and in parking lot ... and tenants pay the water bill! There aren?t enough trash dumpsters to accommodate all the tenants, they quickly overflow and begin to smell and look disgusting. Pool and landscaping are nice and the units are decent but just not worth the price. Location is great but you?ll find better deals in the same area.
