I lived here for two years and overall it wasnt so bad. THere was only one nice chick on the office staff and the office manager is a complete -----.
The office manager banged on my door one morning to tell me the apartment below our two story townhome was flooded. She accused me and my roomate of having a fauly washing machine and told us "we were responsible for the thousands of dolllars of water damage."
Come to find out two weeks later after our balcony was torn apart.. it was a leak from the roof of the apartment running into a faulty pipe; that floode my neighboors house six times in three months!
I moved out and paid a maid service to clean my house.. picture perfect.. and i was charged $143 cleaning fee!!!! what the hell
