Wonderful Experience

Because this complex is a little older than the ones just across 183, it is less expensive by at least 200 dollars a month. We haven't had any major problems that the management didn't fix promptly (the water main was broken by the city and took several days to sort out), including some possums that decided to live in our storage closet. The master bedroom in our apartment is quite spacious and we feel that we are getting a lot of value for our money. The kitchen is quite small, but still functions adequately. The living room is also quite large. The main pool is generally kept clean and the fitness center (while small) has enough equipment for the casual exerciser. Never had a parking problem, but our building does directly abut one of the large parking lots on property. A small complaint is that the laundry facilities never seem to have all the washers and dryers functional at one time.
