I cant even begin to describe how horrible this place is! Ive been to the office several times now to discuss the water and potential mold damage in my apartment. They tell me someone will be out soon to check it out. When I call and ask when theyre coming, they tell me they have no record of it! Ive been in there at least 6 times!!! The staff is rude and unfriendly. Mold is all over this complex and they are too cheap to fix it! Whatever you do, DONT move to this hell hole!

I've been living here for 10 years now and I think this is a bunch of crap. The office staff has always been helpful. Now I might not be an expert but they would probably have to call out a contractor to do roof leaks which is a main cause of mold. Like I asked the other person...what do you expect from a complex built in the early 80's. Seems like you expected no problems and are an impatient/unrational person

Impatient? Unrational? All of my bedroom furniture and bedding was completely ruined because the roof gave way and a storm came in. I had to move out and start all over saving for furniture. You say you've been there 10 years? Do you ever leave your apartment? They told me it was an ongoing problem. If I was you, Id get out more.
