I have been living here since June and I have had no bad experiances at all whatsoever. The property was built in 82' so I know there will be very minor problems,but the staff and maintenence team have been very helpful. I dont know what all these people are expecting from an old complex....like I said it was built in 82. This is not a luxury complex, but its nice- they got new pool furniture and had a barbeque this past July. It was fun! There was a new manager here when i first moved in and i think shes great! Im not sure who others were referring to. I havent had a problem with parking,leaks,mold, or anything. I definately recomend this place
