Been a good deal for me

I moved into one of the two bedroom townhomes a few months ago and have had no problems at all. It's a quiet complex (for the most part, I live "off the beaten path" within the complex) and the staff have always been friendly and attentive. The unit itself is HUGE (especially if you live alone) with fifteen or twenty foot high ceilings in the living room. Electric bills do run pretty high in the summer (but you are having to cool a LOT of cubic feet in this place). The units are not the swankiest on the inside and the appliances are pretty old and the cabinets look like something out of 1985 but everything in my unit is functional. Parking is really only an issue if you are looking for a spot late at night and even then it's really just a matter of having to walk an extra fifty yards. There are quite a few more parking spots in the complex than there are cars (including guests)- I see at least 10-20% excess parking at any hour. All in all, I've had a really good experience with this place, but I think that has as much to do with the actual unit I live in than anything else. If you can get one of the 2-2 townhomes, they're actually pretty reasonably priced and you get a LOT of space for your money.
