Watch out for the management

I lived here with my boyfriend and was not very impressed. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE MANAGEMENT SAYS AND READ YOUR CONTRACT THROUGHLY. We had a short lease contract which they tried to screw us with. We were only living there for three months but were expected to give a 60 day written notice, which they misinformed us about. So, when we came by to give our thirty day notice they said we had to pay for another months rent to make up for it. Fortunately, they hadn't read their own freaking contract very well, which stated they were supposed to give you a notice; they hardly give out notice for anything, important or not. But in our case, they messed up and we caught them so we didn't have to pay them anything except our mocking smiles.
Maintenance had to make many trips to fix different things in the apartment.

the 60 day notice is staed in your contract. I assume you know how to read....the apt complex isnt supposed to give you a notice to vacate dumbass. They were just probably being nice about it- Grow up. If you'e going to be so damn picky about everything go live at a brand new complex and quit your bitchin
