I've lived here for quite a while and love it! The office staff works hard, the manager is so sweet and quick to solve your problem. The maintenance is nice and do the best they can to get fix problems quickly. This is a great complex for the value. I live in a 819ft apt for $700 and the complex is right down the street from the arboretum-shopping/eating galore! I was even able to have a flexible school schedule because the apts are in between two ACCs. I have had no major issues and feel safe to walk around at night, and am a petite woman. Also, it is suprisingly quiet here for being right off of 183. Overall great location- no complaints. Oh, and have never had any leaks...mold...ect. Have been living here for yrs

Then you must be one of the lucky ones! I have had serious problems with my upstairs neighbors, young girls that like to party and i am a working mother of 2. Have lived here for 2 long years and have had nothing but problems. Its a great location off 183, but other than that I am not happy here and plan on moving in a few months when lease comes due. The 2st apt I lived in, we had 2 major major water leaks. Both were from the pat being so old that the piping from the a/c from upstairs popped and flooded our unit and then another major one when i was on vacation for a week and come home to an apartment FULL of water!! Some of the dead fathers paitings I had stored under my bed were completely ruined and all management did was send a guy out with a fan to pull up the carpet and run the LOUD fan for 2 days, later making the entire apt smell of mold! Nothing i did would help the smell, we finally transferred to have more room and get rid of those water issues just to live under 2 19 year olds who have no life other than partying and being rude and insensitive to their neighbors. Constantly wake my kids in the middle of the night with their noise and refuse to walk their dog and only let him out on the patio and pees all over our patio so I am no longer able to allow my 2 year old out to play, not to mention not being able to go out in the courtyard without stepping in dog poo.
