wow this place is just older, older appliances, older paint and fixtures. I dont think its worth the price, I made it my own but I'm ready to leave. I have had two water leaks in the apt already. Not the managements fault but damn it sucks. They are responsive but I can tell the staff is inexperienced to calls. The way there are long pauses on the phone when I report something, the arching and lurching of the facial expressions when I do so in person. It seems that they could be like other apt managements and be more inquisitive rather than, whats your apt number, I'll send the request to site repair. I know the repair guys hate talking to them as they're told "go to apartment number 9XX and they have a thing that leaks" "oh it leaks water I think" and "they are having some kind of trouble with their appliance" or "the heater or a/c is messing up, one of the two, its cold outside so probably the heater" Not the most professional place. And yep like the other complaint, dont disturb these big territorial creatures when smoking or surrounding a plate of cookies. I went to pick up a package and got "guess I'll get your package on my cookie break giggle giggle" as they look and peer from the other room counting cookies left on the platter she asks "umm ermm what apt'" quick jetting count to the platter as the numbers are mixed betwen my apt number and the cookie count. Glad they dont count calories.

I think you to learn how to make your sentence flow and not run it all in one, not sure if you smoke, but if you did you would know that a smoke break is important.

Maybe some people think that smoke breaks are important, but sorry roosterfish.t, if you are on site and on the clock, then you need to act in a professional manner. I used to work for an apartment and we were not aloud to smoke on property and now I know why, it makes the management look horrible and unprofessional! I agree with the person posting this, the management and office staff are very inexperienced and unprofessional and I hate even talking to them. I submitted a work order for my bathroom fan and dishwasher 2 weeks ago and have yet to recieve a call or someone out to fix these things, and needless to say these things were never fixed properly the first time as a month later they are broken yet again. It's very frustrating and am happliy getting ready to move from this place after 2 long, horrible years stuck to a lease at this place.
