I've lived here for close to two years now and have overall been satisfied with the complex. Unlike others I've had zero run ins with management, I think some people just try to look for trouble. I've had minimal repair issues nothing out of the ordinary. No problems with parking, break ins, or noise from other apartments. Its a nice little apartment for someone looking to save some money and o.k. with living modestly. The only problem I have is with the groundskeeping, sometimes it appears to be nonexistent. I saw the same case of empty beer bottles sitting beside a bush for three months before anyone came along and threw it away. At times it seems like the grass around my apartment will go 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer without being cut. On second though I have two issues, the second with the "workout facility" located above the office. And its not so much with management as its with the thugs or morons that feel the need to break the equipment, steal the weights, and break the lock on the door because their lazy a*^ won't go down and ask for the code to get in. Grow the f#*^ up
