FIFTH MAJOR WATER DAMAGE ISSUE TODAY - WOO HOO!

APT 1. MAJOR FLOOD, WATER PIPE BURST - RUINED EVERYTHING! SERIOUS MOLD, PLUMBING AND STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS!
APT 2. TWO FLOODS FROM THE ADJACENT APARTMENT'S TOILET FLOODING AND TWO FLOODS FROM THE HOT WATER HEATER MALFUNCTION AND OVERFLOWING!!! ONLY ONE FLOOD WAS BAD DAMAGE, THE OTHER THREE - LUCKILY WE WERE HOME TO CATCH THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, BUT HAD WE NOT BEEN HOME, EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN RUINED IN A MATTER OF HOURS.
DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY MAKING CLAIMS ON YOUR RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY! ON THE BRIGHT SIDE WE'VE GOTTEN BRAND NEW LOW QUALITY CARPETING A NUMBER OF TIMES!
DON'T BE CHARMED BY THE "REHAB" THEY'RE DOING - THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!

BRAND NEW LOW QUALITY CARPETING: You must have been the lucky one. In my 3 years there they didn't even do the shampoo routine as promised during the renewals.
