I lived here for year and while it was oookkkaaayyyy, it wasn't worth it. They'll slap an eviction notice on your door in a heartbeat. They put one on my door once telling me I underpaid my rent. When I went over to the office, they realized they made a mistake.. but geez. You see these people everyday and say HI, know them by name and what the heck'

The upgrades aren't worth it. They are painting the nasty, crumbling, gross cabinets and putting new doors on them - same with the bathroom sink cabinet. The replacement carpeting is lame at best. The two model apartments they are showing are NOTHING like what you get. The washers and dryers are always broken. There were only 2 washers and 1 dryer available in laundry room the entire time I lived there. Not every apartment is getting the stainless steel appliances, only a few.

If you have loud neighbors... tough luck. I had two 20 yr old neighbors move next door. They puked on the downstairs balcony from their place upstairs, played the music so loud at night till 5 a.m. with the walls moving from the noise, put their garbage outside so it stunk everything up, damaged trees and more. The office promised for months that the kids were going to move and they never did.
