I have given my 30 days notice and agreed to pay $700 in penalty fees because the management ignores my repair requests. Contacted the corporate offices, they said they'd take care of it and contact me... a week has gone by, still broken and no contact. Also, the staff will just come into your apartment without arranging anything with you or even telling you they were there. I've come home twice since I lived here and found my dog locked in the bedroom because the maintenance person "had" to enter my apartment.
