We lived in the complex for 5 years while in graduate school. We had problem after problem with water damage. The AC unit flooded upstairs and flooded our unit FIVE times. They never completely fixed the problem. Now we've been out of the apartment for almost 5 months and we can't get our deposit back and they mishandled our water bill and sent us to collections. The management never returns calls.
When we moved in it was cheap and we were willing to pay the low price to put up with the problems. I would strongly advise anyone against moving in now.

Sounds like Balcones to me. I thought with the new manager "Community Leader" things would change. Nope. The same wait while the staff finished their smoking....
