mold everywhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This complex did not fix a roof and window leak and even when I got the city inspector involved they didn't fix it right. The entire slab of drywall was saturated with water (I had it tested) and every color of mold grew on my wall. And I am very allergic to mold. No concern to them apparently. The paint was actually bubbling and separating from the drywall. I would recommend to anyone moving in...don't!!! If you are already there...document every maintenance request and ask them in writing. We got out of there after dealing with them for three months and documenting everything correctly. The office staff is completely clueless and rude.
