I am a current resident of Barrington. The quality of these apartments is horrible. Management is non-existent. I have lived here for 6 months and have had A/C for no more than 2 months of this time. I was told at one point that it is going to be winter soon so maybe we could just make it through the winter without A/C. We have made written complaints many times and nothing gets done. We have talked to over 15 tenants and they have all agreed that if something is not done we are going to boycott rent. I am going to spread the word about the quality of these apartments to anyone that is willing to listen. I have already contacted the BBB of texas, and have posted many complaints on the internet. I will continue to pursue this until further actions are taken. I feel I have been taken advantage of. At this point I would like some compensation for living in such horrible conditions. There are meth labs all around me. One was busted last week near us and during all this I must leave my balcony and windows open because I am so hot. I don't see how this is legal or safe in any way.
