Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
The utility company is installing "programmable thermostats" in the apartments claiming to save me money.
The only people saving money is the property owner (a nice tax break, no doubt) and the utility company.
And MY privacy is invaded.
I am FURIOUS
