When I moved here, I thought that the rent was really reasonable. Little did I know you get what you pay for. There is water damage in the walls and ceiling, cockroaches, and I saw a possum outside my door on more than one occasion. This is a horrible place to live. The maintanence team is extremely slow. I can't wait until my lease is up, so that I can get out of this dump!
