I moved in here when I was attending TCA. At the time, it was cool, but since then I've gotten obnoxious neighbors all around me - I've called the police more than once and had to knock on the door of the people above me at 3 in the morning at least 4 times. I hear barking dogs all the time, the people across the way are so loud I can hear them with my windows closed. I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life, and there is no grass anywhere except up by the office. My dog has had fleas so bad here that his little behind has been scratched raw - even with flea preventatives. The water is turned off at least once a month for whatever reason, and the electric bill is insane. I'm paying $85 a month without using the heat, television, or my computer. All of my walls are cracked, the tub leaks into my bedroom closet, and the windows are only single panes, so the place is freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. The only good thing is that the bedrooms are huge. My lease is up in August, but I'm trying to get out early.
