Cheap but GHETTO

Frequently see kids on skateboards in community, as well as people bbqing and drinking beer in the backs of their pickup trucks in the parking lot. Office staff couldn't care less about residents concerns. Since they dropped their rent prices, this has clearly turned into a "low rent" option. In the apartment below ours, 3 adults and a large dog lived in a one bedroom apartment.
