I've lived here since mid August. My biggest disapointment is the maintenance of the actual buildings. They really show their age. I think a good paint job or some siding would make the property look 100 times better. Also it is really a nightmare trying to get out across Duval in the mornings. On another note, the Maintence guys have been very helpful; answering my questions and fixing or replacing things promptly. I most likely will not renew my lease only because they look so old and rundown, however, if you are looking for a cheap apartment and you don't care about the astetics of the community then the place is great!
