I know most people say that the only people that post on here only have bad things to say but if you have no problem with all the stuff i mentioned then i suggest the barrington as your next home. be safe.
When they showed us our apt. we didn't see a single roach. but as soon as we moved in its like they came out for a party. so we were stuck because we signed a 13 month lease. its disgusting. we have killed 3 very, very big cockroaches and hundreds of smaller ones over the year. we tell management and they send this pest guy in street clothes with a can i could have bought from wal-mart to spray the place. they did this about twice during our stay here even though we visited the office and complained over 20 times.
Maintenance isn't that great either. for example, our washer and dryer unit caught on fire and basically broke. we told management and they told us they would get someone over quickly, which took about two weeks. we asked about the wait and they said their guys were very busy but as we leave the office we see about five of the maintenance guys just chilling, laughing, and doing nothing. Long story short it took them 3 months to fix our unit. imagine three months without the luxury of a washer and dryer in your apt. when you were just getting use to it.
Police come here every single night. We even called once because the management decided it would be best to let a live drummer move in directly upstairs from us and he just beats his drums anytime he wants. come on a live drummer in a apt. building. obviously they just want to fill the apts. no matter what.
I totally gave up working out in my apt complex after living here. Only one treadmill work out of 4. everything else in there is toatlly useless. I've had to interrupt my workout because no one has their key to enter making you wonder if they even live there. Women also bring there five children in this little room to run around and play on the equipment. Lets just say i never lost weight in there.
Parking sucks. its so small i have to double park my eclipse, which the rims almost got stolen twice. i would like to thank the broken gates for that.
