If you need to live on the North Side and want to save money, then this is the place. The main reason I moved here was the washer and dryer. The apartments are old, but you have to take that in to consideration. As far as maintenance, my AC went out and they replaced the unit the next day. My utilities run about 40-60 per month. The downsides are the noise, I can here everything outside my apartment. The other downside is that this has apparently become the place for middle class families to send their problem 20 something kids. If you hate having to listen to loud immature drunk wannabes waking you up at 3am on a Wednesday, then this may not be the place for you. Parking is also a big problem.
