First of all, in the lease that everyone signed upon move-in and got a copy of, it says you have to give a 60 day notice to move out. If you don't there will be consequences. THe new maintanece staff is awsome! Sure there are some problems, but the property is old and they do what they can. THe new office staff is great too. I don't know who doesn't like the management, but the manager Kathy was a real treat every time I went into the office. People have to realizew that when you live in an apartment, there are penalties for not obeying the lease contract. So all of you can get over it, I loved living here! Awesome price and awsome staff.
