Great Location...Bad Property

The apartment's are in desperate need of remodeling. My unit had rotten wood in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condition of the apartment was poor when I moved in but that didn't stop them from charging me $250 in cleaning fees when I moved out. (I left the place cleaner than I found it.) The management is unfriendly and very hard to work with. I'd take my chances with Spyglass or the Cliffs before moving back in here.
