The last person rating Barton Creek Landing is right on the money. The maintenance staff is dedicated and hard working. The office staff is professional, caring and kind but that would be hard to see if you are the type of person that is never happy or satisfied with anything that life throws your way. To hold the manager responsible for the high cost of city of austin electric is ludicrous.
I have always had a good response from the office staff and the maintenance guys. You crybabies would find that a little kindness may go a long way. The people that work at Barton Creek Landing are not your personal servants but are decent people trying to do a good job. They take a lot of abuse for things they have absolutley no control over.
