I have been a long time resident that would like to respond to the bad management review. Kathy has not been the manager since the beginning of October. The new manager has been with the company for awhile, she was actually the assistant manager here last year and then was promoted to manager at another community owned by the same company. She is fair and truly concerned about her residents well being. I was happy to see her at the "Kick Off" Party in October to welcome her back and meet the new Cares Team.

I don't know who Kathy is, but she doesn't work here anymore. The new management is young and incompetant.
