I recently had a situation where I needed assistance from the management. Although I didn't get exactly what I wanted we did resolve the concern with a compromise that I believed to be fair. The employees explained to me there position in being professionals, the portion of the lease contract that discussed the subject and then came to a conclusion that was sufficient. Everyone has guidelines in their jobs and I would prefer to live somewhere that the employees have enough intelligence to know how to work within those guidelines. I have lived at places prior that would not of even considered working with me.
