This is a letter I would like to share.

To the Manager, Leasing Associate, and Service Tech. at Barton Creek Landing. Thanks for providing such a terrific place to live! I just wanted to let you all know I appreciate having a reliable, responsive, and considerate service here. I really appreciate The manager's fast responses to all my questions and concerns, the services tech's great care for my apartment, and the leasing associates positive attitude! That makes an awesome team! You guys probably never get thanks from your residents enough so THANK YOU! Hope you all have a great weekend with the great weather!!!

More people should put the good things that happen to show how it really is here. All these others are just from mad people that probably pay rent late or have no life and just like to be mean. Spoiled brats.

This is obviously written by the management. I have spoken to other people who live here and the consensus is clear. Barton Creek Landing is going downhill. While our rent and water bills ($50/month!) continue to climb, this place is getting more and more run down. The management is not concerned with the resident's concerns or needs, all they care about is getting the rent check. We are not spoiled brats, we are young professionals who expected to be treated with respect by the people who get our rent money every month. Apparently, that is too much to ask from this management company.

Just so you know, the water bill is billed by NWP. We accept payments, but don't have alot to do with rates. Even the Palisades residents pay high water bills. Its just the area. I appreciate my residents and try very hard to respect them, and pay prompt attention to their needs. I'm just a leasing agent, so I have no control over any major decisions. If I did, I would try very hard to make everyone happy, but we all know that is impossible.Until then, I will continue to have a positive attitude and do what I can. Please remember though, I have to follow company policies, even if I dont agree with them all of the time. I need to make a living just like the rest of us. God Bless you folks that are nice to me and make my day easier to face : )
