I bet you didn't talk to the office people about any of this or they would have fixed all of it for you. I have been there for 2 1/2 years and they have been great! Pest control will come on request and as often as needed, but it helps if you clean your house! Also plungers are a good thing to keep just in case and they are easy to use. And as for the insults to the people don't hate if your man thinks they are hotter than you or because you can't date one. They are nice people and really try to help with anything even if you are going through hard times they will find info to help. GET A LIFE. They have to deal with alot of people that come in and expect all this stuff like they owe them something. I know I am in a simular job and please.... buy a house on a 20 acre lot if you don't want to here people next door.

Te management DOES owe there tenants something...it's called RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM.As far as stating something about hot girls working there??? Coming from a guy...NO male in their right mind would want to date women that either looked like 12 year old boys or rough drag queens. The girls in that office are rude & lazy and give educated females a bad name.

I believe the majority of the bad reviews on this site come from other Apartment Managers who provide a whole lot less for a much higher cost. 1. Certainly, *one* of the girls in the office (who has now gone!) was useless, but others will get things done. 2. Rust Alley is a myth - three spaced out cars don't make an alley. If there is a problem then the cars can be removed. 3. Clean your house and put down sticky traps if you don't want bug problems - the complex is in the wood for goodness sake! 4. The only people I saw having hugh problems on this estate were a few whining, lazy, drunkards. If they moved out then the estate would be much better. 5. Yes, I too had problems with AC being too weak for the property - it was fixed after a larger unit was installed but it did take about a week. 6. Parking can sometimes be bad because people in America can't drive or park properly - I'm a Brit who was very surprised that people so wedded to the automobile should be such crap drive. 7. All the kitchens are being replaced by the end of November 2006 - this really did need doing! I am glad they finally got to it. I think the review I am attaching my respose to is quite fair. I also *KNOW* other apartment managers are writing bad reviews to try and cause problems for this estate. BCL told me they have 94% occupancy at the moment - that does not happen if things are as bad some liars would have you believe.

This review sounds rather suspicious. All the person can seem to do is rave about the staff, and how hot they are to boot. Come on, don't hate on them for being so good looking people!
