I haved lived here since February 2007.
I reported a leak in my bathroom shortly after moving in. As of today, the leak is still not fixed. Now, I will give them credit that they have been out there around 10 times to fix it, but it never gets fixed. Complaining does nothing, they simply say "We will let you out of your lease" Well, I don' want to move if I do move I will sue the property for the moving expenses. I have all requests/replies in writing and I can proove beynod a doubt that all of the issues were reported in a timely manner and not taken care of. I have finally stopped reporting the issue because obviously it won't be fixed properly. I just wipe up the water every morning and every evening. Hopefully, it will stop eventually but it hasn't yet. When you ask for some sort of concession you get a response "Maintenance and Rent are two separate issues on this property" Well, if that's the case - how do you take care of a resident that you claim to put so much customer service towards - when you CANT fix their issue' How ironic is that, that's poor customer service. I am not moving out because we can't afford to move - but everything is documented and will continue to be documented with weekly pictures of the leaking water in the bathroom, until the day I do move out. That way if their are ANY charges for water damages, etc. at move-out I will have the documentation. I have been in Property Management for years, as a Manager and Supervisor and I know how to cover myself. And I know what good and bad customer service is. I find out amazing how nothing is offered/given when an issue can't be taken care of. But, I have left the Management alone and I do not complain because it does no good.

I'm not sure if you are still living in these apartments or not, but I am and have been for about 6 months now. I am pretty fed up with this place. I have had one problem after the next and they are not always quick to fix things or they blame my roommate and I for something I'm pretty sure one of the maintenance guys has done, probably accidentally but still not our fault. I am also documenting my issues like you said you have and I am going to send the management a certified letter soon stating all of the issues I have had to ensure that they are fully aware of the problems and to help protect me from unfair charges upon my move out. I have been researching the Texas Laws and Tenant Rights to ensure they are not violating my rights. I have also consulted a lawyer on the legality of certain safety and health issues I have had in my apartment, i.e. mold. Anyway, I have been writing my comments to other reviews like yours, because I completely agree and would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
