I like this place very much. The building I'm in super quiet and the area is safe. Because it's not really in walking distance of anywhere it's a pretty quiet and safe place to live. You really don't have to worry about your car at night etc... That being said there are some cons with this place too.
There really doesn't seem to be anyone that works here full time to keep the place up. It seems as though if you have a problem they just call someone, so things can be a little slow. The grounds aren't bad, just a little sloppy. I was here for 2 months before their doggie bag dispensers were refilled. Not an issue for me, but for the people that can't seem to afford to bring along something to clean up after fido it's a problem.
Getting back to my title, this place is great if you want to be left alone by the management. It's a good thing and a bad thing. It's nice not to have them breathing down your neck all the time about the little things, but at the same time if you want something done it's going to take a while.
Other than that the apartments are pretty nice, though they are getting older and they are starting to show their age. The little stuff like the drawers not sliding quite right..
Over all I'm really happy with this place. A quiet home is paramount to me, and that could be why, but this is one of the best places I've lived. The location is great the access to the place is great as well. there is a fair amount of parking around too, so you really don't have to park far away at all if you can't find a spot right out front.
They did just switch the management in the office, so I don't know how that will effect the place, but I really did like living here
