My boyfriend and I lived in a nice 1 bedroom at Barton creek landing and were immediatley attracted to it because of the location. We soon realized eventhough it is near the greenbelt it does not have access! Bummer! The basketball court/tennis courts are not kept up with at all they don't have nets. Its great if u have pets and live there cause they do not enforce the picking up after rule whatsoever! Its really embarrassing and gross! The worst thing ab this place is that we only lived in it for 7 months (no pets and non-smokers) while house hunting and charged us over $200 in "deep clean" fees! And we also had to pay $1700 reletting fee to get Out of our lease. Ridiclous! I never got a call back from the manager to dispute the deep clean charge she just sent it to a collection agency. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy!
