I've lived all over Austin and Ihave to say that BHPP has by far been my favorite. It was beautiful, maintainence is above average, and the location is perfect. This is not however a college apartment whatsoever. Any plans of a social life in the complex and you are sure to get a knock at your door by management or a noise violation. This is a quiet community where everyone stays to themselves. The management is very strict and adheres to absurd policy, which is why the place stays so tidy, yet can drive you insane. I would live here if I was 30 and in bed by 10 every evening including weekends.
