Let's get real, most apartment managers are freeloading lowlifes, but not at BHPP. These folks are clued into the idea that managing an apartment complex can be done with PRIDE and professionalism. And, the icing on the cake is that they regard the tenants as their NEIGHBORS, not some nusance they have to deal with. They actually wave at you from across the parking lot and say hello. They are responsive and respectful. We always felt like we were part of a friendly neighborhood. Very rare experience in apartment living. Very worth the extra few bucks.
