BEWARE OF THIN WALLS!

This place has some of the BEST management that I have ever seen, but it is an older property and the walls are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. The plumbing is horrible too. I have heard everything including singing in the shower to neighbors having sex to people hanging on balconies at 4:00AM. The location is good, but the noise level and horrible plumbing really make it not so important. These places will either make you swear off of old properties or make you swear off of apartments in general.
