The highlights of this complex are the location and the management staff. Both are the best you'll find in town (or anywhere I've ever seen). That being said, the buildings are ok, the parking is ok, the laundry is just less than ok, and the price is high-ish. Everything is good, not great. But being so close to the springs and the greenbelt is great.

I lived there for 4 years, and loved it.
