I'm 28, quiet, and a homebody. I'm not a hippie or a health freak. I'm just your average "nice guy" with an average car living an average life.

I have lived in apartments for 10 years now and moved every single year. I have a wealth of apartment experience to draw on and I am in the commercial real estate business so I get to see the property from the owners eyes as well.

I can say that this property is a pleasure to return home to. It has a few problems but only because it's an older property and not due to lack of management attention and funding. I have only had one problem there so far but only because the main water line busted and they had it fixed in 6 hours....the MAIN!

Marlow knows who I am, the make and model of the 4 different cars I drive, because I switch out with family a lot, and he knows my schedule. I tried to dump my trash off at the dumpster late at night and Marlow met me at the trash to make sure I was a resident, first time he had seen my dad's truck, and he helped me with it.

I have had nothing but friendly faces from them and they have been flexible and very understanding with me.

I have had no theft problem but I have an alarm on my car and I remove my radio face which has its own alarm light as well. I do know that petty theft is in the area but it's a downtown property. Can you name a downtown property that doesn't'

It sits on the main city park and I am a stones throw from the best night life in Texas, though I don't go out much. There are people jogging and biking 24/7 and the trees in the neighborhood make my drive to work a pleasure.

The property has a pool, not the coolest, no hot tub, and a small workout room.

With the solid property management and the superior location, I honestly feel that this is my favorite apartment home to date.
