I have lived in these apartments for about a year and never really had any problems with the management, although I don't think they're very approachable. I just plain do not like talking to Marlo though. He is kind of belittling and seems egotistical and has no reason to be. The walls are super thin, therefore you can hear everything. I've heard upstairs neighbors having sex, and then after they moved out the new upstairs inhabitant loves to invite all his friends over every week and jump around alot and let trash like beer cans and cigars falls on my porch more than once! Therefore: thin walls make it very noisy. I don't think that the place is worth the price. If you have a maintenance issues it will get fixed almost that same day. Great Location just not worth the price for being such an old complex. 5 layers of paint can't cover it either. Oh and a few months after I moved in large dark spots on the carpet began to appear from old stains that my tiny dog could not have caused. This place is nothing to hype up.
