I have lived here for almost two years and have very few complaints.

The location is awesome. Its a short walk to Zilker and town lake. My apartment overlooks the greenbelt. It takes me less than 10 minutes to get to work every day, which is near the capitol.

The inside of my apartment was nicely remodeled. It is an older complex, but they did a great job of remodeling it before I moved in.

I have no complaints about the staff. Any problems have been fixed in a timely manner. Overall, I would say the office and maintenance staff are some of the most competent and friendly of any apartment complex that I have lived in.

The apartments are quiet. I have yet to have any noise problems with my neighbors. There is a small amount of noise from the plumbing. The last complex I lived in was extremely noisy, so this is a big plus,

Parking is plentiful. Some spots can be tight, and tough to get in and out of. Overall thats a relatively minor problem. It would be nice if more covered parking was available.

The apartments are not new, so expect higher electricity bills. They are around $50 more a month than the last complex I lived in. I also have to pay some other utilities here (water, trash, etc) which are more expensive ($20 - 30 more a month)than the last complex I lived in.

The rent is definitely more than what you would pay for an equivalent apartment in a less desirable area. Considering the location I expected rent to be higher.

Overall its a nice place to live. Its not perfect, but I have enjoyed the past two years that I have lived here.

This appears to be another fake review written by the apartment staff. I just wonder why they don't just try to address these issues instead of cover them up.

If you check the user's info (google it). You'll see that this is not an employee of the complex. Unless they've hired someone new without my knowledge. Give it up, hater! Another fake accusation about the complex staff.
