I have to say this was my favorite apartment complex in Austin. I came to this site because I was considering moving back after about 3 years of living in a crappy apartment. I read the ugly reviews about Marlo, and I remember him being very kind and helpful. I'm just wondering if things have changed in the past few years. Maintenance was always there for any problem on the same day. And I received my full deposit back minus the $50 non-refundable. That is $550.00 I got back. I had to pay a big deposit for my one-bedroom because I had filed bankruptcy prior to moving in. And they didn't swindle me out of one dime. I've never lived at an apartment that gave back the full deposit. My only problem was the occasional cockroach, but I have a huge phobia, and it was right on the greenbelt so I can't blame that on the complex. And no, I don't work there or anything like that. I keep reading reviews like that about other apartments. I'm just wondering what it so bad now. The only reason I left was because I couldn't afford it anymore.

This is not my experience here. I have higher standards of the staff and property, apparently. It has also taken several recent changes for the worse and seems to be being converted to condos at all of our expense. I am now moving away from here.
