Most residents think the place is acceptable...until they move out. Asst manager Marlowe is ,simply put, a low-down,dirty crook. I was told that he gets bonuses for every deposit he can keep.Be very leery of dealing with this place. He was always an unbearable, nosy creep but that was almost tolerable until I actually moved out a few months ago.It was then that I found that these people have no intention of returning any of your deposits.

Totally true, they seem shady and I heard the new art there (as well as the tons of construction trailers) is because they are secretly turning condo soon. Be careful. I also saw management throw out a whole lot of resident recycling instead of calling to get it picked up. Crooked!
