Marlow is an idiot and the people who are defending him are either bad judges of character or haven't lived here long enough. Every interaction I have had with Marlow has been a debacle. Ask for Courtney - she's great. There's nothing impressive about the apartments but the complex is quiet and in a great location. The poster who called blowing off steam anonymously on a website cowardly also posted anonymously on a website.

One thing is to post an anonymous comment with a response that is directed to other anonymous people; to remain anonymous in that case is just common sense. Quite another thing is to launch a sustained, vicious, ad hominem attack on someone who is unable to respond. That's cowardly. It's cheap. I have had interactions that were not to my liking with people in service positions too; we all have. If it's relatively minor, or at least not a huge impingement on my life, I take a deep breath and move on. I have other things to do with my life than ax-grind. If it is serious, and I feel genuinely offended, I either write a polite letter to management, with my signature and some specific comments that describe the incident and my reaction to it, or I call and do the same thing. But a negative campaign against someone who can not respond and does not even have anything concrete to which he can respond? Would YOU like to be on the receiving end of that? It's harrassment. I hope that one day YOU learn what this feels like. I am not coming back to this web page because it is saddening to see how anonymous cowards gang up on someone who has never been anything other than polite, helpful, and kind to me and probably just as kind to a lot of people who don't know this blog and don't have a chance to say something nice. How sad this is. And calling Marlowe an "idiot" is hardly mature either; meantime, declaring that everyone who thinks other than you do must either be dense or not have lived at the complex long enough says a lot about how well you see any perspective other than your own point of view.
