If you are an idiot who likes to pay too much for a generic crap hole then look no further you found your match. I will never live In an apartment again after this experience! Excessive maintence problems,disrepectful management,and my personal favorite, my meth head neighbor, who just loves to piss off his terrace!
People who live here for over a year will at some point have a comically unpleasent run in with marlowe. Effective communication is NOT his strong suit. Be prepared for his famous condescending tyrads.When he wants to talk to you its code for talking AT YOU,this can last a LONG time. If whoever owns this place only knew how many residents they lose because of keeping this head case employed! Most people move because of him or the maintence problems,which can be VERY extreme.
The apartment has close to no insulation. So if you are like me, and have psychos for neighbors then your screwed.Also,its just plan gross hearing your neighbors go to the bathroom!
