Looks Pretty, But Like Living in a Loud Cave

The trees are very pretty, but the neighbors like to party. Also, there aren't many windows, so every time I come home I feel like I'm walking into a cave.
You can hear the people next door shower and cook dinner. It gets annoying at 2AM.
The people who work here are nice, but I've dealt with better. My lease is up soon and I won't renew. I can find a loud, cave-like apartment for much less than I'm paying here.
