Management shows favoritism towards it's own employee's by allowing them to park their derilict vehicles on the premises while tagging and towing tenents vehicles. Because of this, parking is a complete inconvenience and the amanger doesn't care.

Specifically, the amanger makes sure that her cliche of friends has new carpet and appliances while ignoring the tenants request for the same.

Balcony's are completely falling apart and are a danger to anyone standing on them.

Unless you are lucky enough to have your air conditioning condensor unit fail and be replaced with a twentith century unit be prepared for incredibly high electric bills.

You will be charged for water and waste water while the management enjoys you paying for their water.

Nice pool, too small and shaded.

Maintenance guy's rock, but bless their hearts. I don't know how they do it working for an incredibly selfish and self centered management.

Nobody pays the same amount for an apartment. It's all up to the manager and how she feels about you. Unbelievable amount of favoritism is exercised.

I am also a former tenent and agree with this evaluation whole heartedly. I know the manage that this review is refering and have seen exactly what is described. In addition, I personally know several tenents that where "talked" to about loud parties and then the managet threw a loud one of her own. Extreme double standards and favortism. DO NOT LIVE THERE. YOU WILL HATE IT.

Dear KennieG, when has the manager had a loud party her in the complex? Are you talking about the Complex Party we had in the club house that was paid for by Barton's Mill for all the tenent's. That is the only party I know of and it was wonderful.
