I have lived in Bartons Mill Apartments for 9 = years and in that time frame I have had 3 apartment managers and have never had a problem with any of them. This location is beautiful and I feel like I live in a resort with all the wonderful trees and hills. I do not agree with most of these reviews and find it hard to understand why people complain about all the noise. Living in a complex with other people there has to be give and take and you can not control everyone and if this is such a problem for you there are other housing options. I have had my share of neighbors in 9 = years and I have learned to live with them or put up with them but when I needed help with my car that would not start I had help from them. As far as the Manager and the staff they have a job to do and they do it very well and have been very nice to me over all these years. If they could not do something for me the Manager explains why this or that can not be done and we move on. Just because you rent an apartment does not give you the right to ask for expensive changes when you think you need them.

thats true, u cant control everyone. But we all have a right NOT to listen to loud music at all hours of the day or night. I think its shity that people only think of themselves. Of course, I know we are going to hear some noise. But come on! No one should just have to "learn to live with them or put up with them"
