I moved in last year and I have been here since the new MANagement came. You would think that those guys would be -------s but truly they are just badass. The guy in the office is awesome and cute. I am a little pissed that the rent is increasing but I shopped around the area and they still are the most affordable and well maintained. I have not had any problems with maintance requests or anything in fact they call me back to make sure I am happy. I rent here because of the location, I stay here because there is nothing else that compares to the MANagement. Candy is good but the community cant get any sweeter. Hell Yeah!

What a load of CRAP ! Good candy is not a reason to live in an apartment complex. As far as management being badass, there are a lot of mistakes made daily. The awesome and cute guy in the office gets a bonus if you stay or after you leave, when he rents out your apartment. The location has become very expensive because of condo projects and forcing people out of affordable apartments that have been torn down, to make way for progress in raising property taxes. This might not be able to get any "SWEETER" but it will get a lot more expensive. It sounds to me like the "MANagment" is blowing his own horn.
