I would not recommend anyone moving here. This place is a dump. Management only around part time. Drugs and prostitution is very high in the area. Your average water bill is $45.00 per month for one person living in a one bedroom apartment. This apartment don't have much landscapping for the water bill to be this high. The light around the complex are not well let even with the new management arriving February 2009. This place is very dirty and nasty. While living there, I would not even wash my clothes in the coin operated laundry room. While living there I did not know we had a change of mangement until I moved out.
