From the time I first walked in the office door, I have been pleased. Office staff are courteous and efficient. Maintenance is prompt and professional. My apartment is perfect for me. I'm so glad I came here!

I have had a great experience at this community. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theatre, banks, and the drug store. The experience here at Bell Austin has been great. For the most part we have felt safe living at Bell Austin.

This is a great community for single life. It is a quiet area next to a church. It has convenient shopping nearby as well. The grounds are kept nicely. Manatgement and maintenance are professionally at its best!

This is a great, quiet community. The units are well maintained, although the exterior is starting to show its age. The grounds are lovely, and the management and maintenance are friendly and responsive.

Love it. Great area. HEB in close distance. Plenty of food choices around. Schools in close proximity. Sunset valley is right down the road along with movie theater and Barton creek mall. Would recommend

Staff and maintenance are welcoming and accommodating. Amenities and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Location is the best perk of Bell Austin Southwest. However, Bowie High School does cause traffic delays at certain times of school days.

Located in a well maintained neighborhood. Convenient to Shops, Resturaunts, Event Venues & Business Parks. Family Friendly. Dog Park. Perfect walking distance to the high school & a great church daycare next door. Top teir ameneties provided.

Good neighbors, good maintenance & repair, good management. Charley, Luis, Francisco and Darius have been very efficient and helpful. The dog park suffers sometimes from people forgetting to clean up.

Apartments themselves are decent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which is nice. The parking situation isn't great - you only get 1 covered spot per apartment. There have been multiple car break-ins, but there are no security cameras.

Overall good experience but unnecessary additions of valet trash and package services without the ability to opt out is just another cost to residents, while only benefiting management financially. I would very much like to option to not use these services.

The staff is nice and courteous. Location is convenient. Rates are reasonable for the area. Facilities are aging and need constant repair. Evening patrol is responsive. Pool is good size and volleyball court is in good shape.

Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs, and are genuinely interested in my satisfaction. Maintenance requests are done quickly and well. I appreciate the resident activities they plan.

Lovely accommodations & very nice & helpful staff. Complaints are addressed promptly. It's unfortunate not all neighbors live up to policy standards however I also don't want to live in a police state. I would recommend. Hopefully rent doesn't go up. I'd like to stay

The community is safe and location is great. It will be great if the gym is equipped with barbell. Susan and rest of the staff are helpful like above and beyond. Maintenance personnel are on time and cordial. Overall it's a great community.

Nice apartments with friendly staff/maintenance. Good location for not being too close to downtown but close enough to enjoy the city. The only down side is the school next to apartments causes a lot of traffic during the week.
